this website is very difficult to use!
I had requested pick up time for December 23, 2023 at 3:00PM At 7:30AM on December 23, the day I am to pick up my Turkey Dinner, I get a voice mail from Hugo Sanchez (I believe) that Vons was not getting any Turkey Dinner this year!!! What??? I have guests coming for Christmas dinner the next day and now I have nothing to feed them!!! If they knew they were not getting any Turkey Dinners this year, why in the world would they wait until the day I am to pick it up to tell me???
I am still very upset and angry and had to hustle to find something to feed my guests at the very last minute as they were coming December 24th!!! It put a terrible stress on me and and I feel very unnecessarily! If they knew, they should have told me when I ordered my order on December 1st!
I am 84 years old and this is just not acceptable to me and I am very upset, needless to say!!! I felt that you needed to know that perhaps somebody at this store dropped the ball and caused me a LOT of undo stress!!!

I have Lupus. Stress and depression activated it .
My main organ it affects is my heart. 2 so far and I'm a 30 yr. survivor now. Pretty good for a disease most common in women.
This started Thursday the 15th. I can barely function, cooking, walking, feeding dogs....
They would not refill at first until the 22nd. They also are dumb and can't see that some months have 31 days and 30 pills last 30 days. They swore I had more. After 3 hours of contacting store and insurance company they found their mistake after I had returned and showed my bottle as proof.
They said they were out so they couldn't fill it anyway. 2 hours later I got a call saying it's ready to be picked up. They had posted the wrong date on a controlled substance, which is illegal. No apologies form staff at store, just from management.
I live really close and use the store often. They caused a scene in front of customers embarrassment and humiliation followed. They thought I was a Karen, but not once did I raise my voice, but I got extremely emotional and angry. I left.
I will report incident to the BBB. They should do more for my stress and emotional breakdown, but I got free delivery on my prescription, I live less than a mile so that was very difficult for them to do.

Preferred solution: Compensation for stress and emotional duress. I asked supervisor to donate $1000 to charity in my name, but that didn't work. I got it delivered for free so they think that's adequate. NO IT ISN'T.

United States I had the order from Uber eats which included a package of a drink from the product section that was under lock and key.
My requests to open and give me the goods were ignored several times. I explained that this was an order, not for myself. I stood in line at the cash register and again asked to open the display case and give me the goods. the cashier refused to do this, sending me to wait or look for someone else.
I asked to see the supervisor, she replied that she is a supervisor. She spoke to me in a raised tone, disrespectfully, laughed in my face with mockery in front of the entire queue, there were about 15 people standing there, and continued to serve everyone, completely destroying me morally. I understood that I had to fulfill the order, since I was at my job and no one canceled the obligation. I went to the sales area again, found a person, took out these drinks and went to the checkout.
the supervisor didn't want to scan the code and didn't give me a drink bag, it was humiliating and disgusting! I won't leave it like this! I Such boorish, uneducated and undiplomatic people should not be in contact with customers, and certainly not be supervisors. Instead of 5-10 minutes of delivery for $4, I spent almost 30 minutes.
she subjected me and my 6-year-old son to abuse, he stood and cried, and she laughed angrily at me and screamed. my son has already experienced abuse from his father and every similar situation with shouting at us provokes stress and crying in him. but even this did not force her to stop behaving so aggressively and sell us the product. I demand the dismissal of such an employee, otherwise I believe that Vons is deliberately recruiting company employees with an abusive approach to customers.
and I will bring this matter to court! My child and I cried after that in the car and at home, I couldnt sleep, I was so stressed.
any store, be it CVS, Ralphs, Gelsons, which contains valuable goods on display under lock and key, is never handed over inside the sales area; store employees themselves carry these goods to the checkout and, after payment, hand over this order. This instruction applies to all such products. and in all other stores the staff is very attentive and respectful, no matter how busy they are or the queues at the checkout counters at that moment, because I am the same client for them as everyone else in the queue.

yesterday the situation looked like an abuse on the part of the supervisor and I experienced colossal humiliation and pressure, I was in a hopeless situation, a hostage to a situation in which I had to continue to work, and even more so to be driving a car in such depressed state. There were no apologies or attempts to help me from any of the store personnel, it crushed me so much that I could not receive the goods for the clients money and according to the clients order.
please consider my application, with respect

One of your staff Mr. MIKE NEILSON and security person Mr. LAUREN (I dont know his last name) helped and supported very kindly and called ambulance immediately. I just want to say how much grateful I am to these two people.
Not only their help but. The moral support they gave me while my wife was being checked out. Had not had a support and instant action from these wonderful people I dont know what would have happened to us. Having able staff like these people in your store you should be very proud.
Please if you can give them our sincere thanks. God bless them and wish them very merry Christmas.

On 12/9 I stopped by to ask Flu Shot.
My bag was full because I shopped other stores & purchased some sushi. I covered my bag with Vons Flyers to avoid direct Sun on sushi the way back home.
After asking about Flu Shot I passed one of open register. Vince approached me why u covered? Then asked me what is this pointing the sushi. Then Vince asked security to ask sushi man making sure it is not Vons.
Found out it was not.. what is all this.. all customers presumed to be thiefs? This is outrageous/.
His behavior was so threatening..
He didnt apologize..
I am CA lawyer. There is possibly defamation/ false imprisonment issue.
I called store manager on 12/11 Robert.
Pls re-evaluate Vince.

I shopped though online for delivery and was told my items for ebt were 49.67. Once I got my order I was charged for cookies 4.99 and crackers 4.69 also two items were missing.
Your customer support told me that cookies and crackers are non- essential which isnt true. Ebt states , Soft drinks, candy, cookies, snack crackers, and ice cream are food items and are therefore eligible items for EBT. I want my cash refund because when I received the first charged it was 49.67 and the shopper charged a garlic power for 11.99 which I didnt get and a onion power 7.99 which I didnt get.
Please refund my cash for cookies and crackers as this is illegal. Im contacting EBT to report this fraud because you cant change cash for these two items.

Hi I went to store #2049 located at 330 W. El Norte Pkwy.

On Wednesday December 6 at the self-check register
I paid with food stamps so I asked the person in charge of the kiosk to discount the bags from my bill.
The person in charge of the kiosk is an Asian overweight male I did not get his name unfortunately. He very rudely told me that I have to leave my personal cart at the front of the store where the dirty mops and brooms are stored full of bacteria and germs. I have a medical disability type 1 diabetes and my personal cart gas my supplies and juice in case of an emergency and this man refused to listen to me. I made it clear that they were welcome to look through my belongings if stealing was their concern but not to touch my belongings with their dirty hands.
He rudely refused and he has a serious temper problem.
Whoever has this man here is clearly some idiot waiting to get sued. I will sue if he does not accomodatr my disability!!!
