Poor service, multiple mistakes, overcharged.

I special ordered a cake that was confirmed but not actually made. When I arrived there was no cake.

I had to return a second time (during the graduation party). The cake was made incorrectly and with poor quality. I was then double charged for the cake and had to return a third time to get a refund.

I have yet to receive an apology and the manager is acting like shes doing me a favor. Team failure!

Terrible customer service

The store on garnet in pacific beach is the absolute worst grocery store to shop at. Constant long lines.

Nobody at customer service ever. Its dirty.

Nobody is helpful and there is never a manager presence. Its not hard.

Frustrated at the total lack of any assistance after countless hours of effort on my part

I've had better customer service in a war torn, third world country. Your help locked me out of my account and apparently your whole team of people cannot resolve this nor communicate or make even the smallest effort to do so

The pharmacist called me a " list" and that he had video proof I picked up prescription on 1/22. I picked it up on 1/16.

They would not refill at first until the 22nd. They also are dumb and can't see that some months have 31 days and 30 pills last 30 days. They swore I had more. After 3 hours of contacting store and insurance company they found their mistake after I had returned and showed my bottle as proof.

They said they were out so they couldn't fill it anyway. 2 hours later I got a call saying it's ready to be picked up. They had posted the wrong date on a controlled substance, which is illegal. No apologies form staff at store, just from management.

I live really close and use the store often. They caused a scene in front of customers embarrassment and humiliation followed. They thought I was a Karen, but not once did I raise my voice, but I got extremely emotional and angry. I left.

I will report incident to the BBB. They should do more for my stress and emotional breakdown, but I got free delivery on my prescription, I live less than a mile so that was very difficult for them to do.
