I ordered groceries to be delivered. The delivery never arrived, yet my visa card remained charged.
No-one bothered to contact me or return the money back to my visa card.
I had to check on this matter with Vons 3 times:
One call to ask what happened and to get a refund.
Then after few weeks I was checking my bank account, only to find, that the refund was not full! It did not include the "special" charges for delivery and bags...!
So I had to call Vons again, and I was told, that at this point I cannot get my money back, only a store credit!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Vons is charging for orders that you never get. No explanation of what happened.
No follow-up email. No refund, unless you notice the charges and keep calling. And when you call, the refund is incorrect, less than you were supposed to get. They are taking money from customers!
Now I will have to check on this for the 4th time - if I at least get the store credit as promised!
Unbelievable.
Also, if you are not satisfied, why would you even go back to redeem your store credit! They will be loosing customers...
SO MUCH TIME WASTED ON AN ORDER THAT I NEVER RECEIVED!!!

Why would Vons go against America by forcing their employees actually they make them wear masks therefore, making them slaves Against its own fellow Citizens. I am positive I am not the only one to go spend 100+ dollars.
I would love to see happy smiling faces of their employees masks is so terroristic to the American citizens yes even here in California. I bet they hire illegal aliens terrorist to work there to help destroy America by not hiring American citizens. They sure don't know anything about American's true history? What are they doing to our food?
We do have open borders. American citizens being terrorized, killed every single day by terrorist.
Yet our own grocery store loves terrorist before its own people? Otherwise, they would stand proud strong hire Americans and do what is right for our country.

Wait time at personal hygiene products area
I waited nearly 20 minutes (I ran my timer on my phone) for a Vons employee to come unlock the deodorant/personal hygiene section for me today. The little Motorola notification system says, "We have notified an associate to come help you at aisle 9, razors section and will be with you momentarily" after pressing the button.
I waited 3 minutes between pressing the button. I pressed the button at least 6 times. They recently installed the new security system after too much loss/theft of personal hygiene products by placing locked glass windows on ALL deodorant, shampoo, Axe, razors, shaving cream, body washes, etc. It took an employee walking by to actually SEE me waiting to get an "associate" involved.
Pathetic.
Why do I punished because Vons can't hire enough/competent security guards to prevent loss? How much revenue has Vons lost since it began locking up these products?

Preferred solution: Remove the locked windows at the personal hygiene section and hire more/better security guards. The guards (2) were both at the entrance on their phones.
User's recommendation: Get your personal hygiene products somewhere else. If you see a store with the locked windows, go find somewhere else to buy.

Today April 28-2021 at 8:45 am I went to your store bye a detergent softener and went I was looking for a sale I saw a suavitel frabric on the shelf on sale for 5.99 regular price was 8.99 with your vons card so I pay the amount but then I realized that I pay more money for the item it was on sale then I when back to the Sa a cashier and I told her about the mistake I pay for my suavitel and I will like the price adjustment because She charges me a regular price for then she when to see if the item was on sale and it was but then she got upset with me and she gave me a hard time because she gave me a lot of excuses we actitud really bad she make me feel the I put the sticker myself she was really rude to give me my refund back thats why Im writing this complaint to you gay to let you know about her because this is not vons is about customer service and Im sure she got pay by the company a salary to be like that we customers who just want to go to your store and bye good merchandise and also a good sales thank you so much ohhh my name is (Ricardo Hernandez) and my Email is bigboyhome@***.com. I hope you gays do something about my complaint good night.
